Shrimps stolen from shrimp farms at Tallur and Hemmadi

Kundapur taluk is famouse for prawns cultivation. The surrounding areas of Talluru and Hemmady have so many prawns cultivation farms. A theft has taken place few days back at these prawns cultivation farms. The ready crop of shrimp was stolen by unidentified thieves by using fishing nest in the fields. When the farm owners were planning to yield the crop from their fields,the fields were found empty.

When the owners enquired the fish selling stalls located at nearby areas,they said some unidentified people came early in the morning and sold them shrimps and left the place after getting the money.

Finally both the farm owners and the fish stall owners came to an agreement and the case has been resolved. Kundapur Taluk is becoming famouse for thefts and other illegal activities which is worrying the residents.
