22 Safety Tips For This Rainy Season | Harsha S Shet

Harsha here & this is my first ever article to be published on the internet. 

I was bothering what to write, suddenly it started raining here! So i decided to write some thing related to rain itself.. ;-)

Goodbye hot summer!!

Welcome monsoon rain..

So here is some tips that could keep you safe during rainy season.

1. Get an umbrella.
2. Keep clean your surroundings.
3. Check your roof. Repair if necessary.
4. Buy insect repellent.
5. Do not drive on high speed on wet road.
6. Wear appropriate footwear.
7. Keep your ups and flash lights charged. 
8. Charge your cell phones.
9. List emergency numbers.
10. Prepare first aid kit.
11. Stay inside the house. (don’t go out if it is not important to go out)
12. do not get exposed to sun frequently.
13. Always carry something to protect yourself from the downpour. A raincoat
14. or an umbrella will do the job.
15. If you get drenched by the heavy,rain, dry yourself as soon as possible or you can take a shower first and then dry yourself before taking a sip of that coffee.
16. Always keep the surroundings dry and clean, neat and tidy. Do not allow water to get accumulated around your house.
17. Keep your body warm as viruses attack immediately when body temperature goes down.
18. Do not enter air conditioned room with wet hair and wet cloths.
19. Dry your feet with soft dry cloth whenever they are wet.
20. Wash vegetables with clean water and steam them well to kill germs.
21. Avoid eating uncooked foods and salads. 
22. Avoid shoes and belted chappals.
