Shree Sathyaganapathi Temple, Malyadi
This is one of the few temples of Ganapathi in Kundapur taluk. The temple is located at Malyadi which is situated very close to Tekkatte. Tekkatte is about 10 kms from Kundapura and 95 kms from Mangalore. Here the lord is worshiped by the name "Sathyaganapathi".
The holy statue was restorated on 28th January 2000 by Shree Raghaveshwara Bharati Mahaswamiji, Ramachandrapura Matha. In the Garbha Griha (main sanctum) Lord is sitting on Paanipeetha and having Chaturbhuja (4 arms). Holding his own ivory piece in right hand and a laddoo in the left hand. Other two hands holding 'Paasha and Ankusha' respectively. The statue of Lord is 3'' tall and 2.5'' wide.
Programs:
- In the solar month of Simha (usually comes between Shravana and Bhadrapada) 'Deeparadhana' held every year.
- In the month of Bhadrapada (a lunar month) on Chauthi (4th day after full moon) 'Ganahoma' of 120 coconuts held and at the same day evening by the devoters of ville 'Bhajan' and 'Rangapooja Utsava' held every year.
- On new moon day of Karthika, pooja of light 'Deepothsava' held every year.
- Every tuesday from 7.30pm Bhajana program held by people of Malyadi and
- on Sankashti, Ganahoma and Bhajana from women.
Every year 30th and 31st January special Utsava takes place and on these days many religious programs like Kalathathwa Homa, Brahma Kalashabhisheka, Ganahoma held. Maha Annasantharpane held by devotees of the village. At night cultural programs like Yakshagana, Bharathanatya are held.
Many other programs will be conducted as devotees wish.

Totally 42 holy statues are there in the premises of the Sathyaganapathi Temple.
In the south of the temple, for the advantage of the people a wedding hall called 'Sabha Bhavana' is under construction. The estimated cost of Sabha Bhavana is 1 crores.

At the east of the temple, a land about 1 acre became a mini bird sanctuary due to more ground water and small lakes. Due to more trees and water it is a cool place and birds get attracted towards this type of places. Most of the birds in this sanctuary are migrated from abroad.
