Kundapura: Additional court grants conditional bail to Babu Poojari

Kundapura, Sep 8:
Kundapur Additional Court has granted conditional bail to Babu Poojari , one of the accused in the Noojadi Prabhakar Acharya murder case. Prabhakar Acharya was accused to b murdered by Babu Poojari and his 3  friends in the Noojadi forest while going for haunting on the night of August 10.

A case was registered by Kollur Police station against Babu Poojari and his 3 friends who were involved in the murder. The rifle used by Babu Poojari for the murder of Prabhakar Acharya was sent for inspection by the police. Kundapur advocate Ravi Kiran Murdeshwar has earlier filed an appeal in the court requesting the bail for Babu Poojari.
