Sambar Recipe
Ingredients needed:
- Any type of vegetables 300 gms
- Toordal
- Turmeric
- Jaggery
- Mustard
- Curry leaves etc.
Preparing Method:
To prepare 1 liter of sambar, cook 300 gms vegetable of your choice keep aside.
Cook 50 gms of toordal with a pinch of turmeric, 3-4 tsp Abhiruchi Sambar Powder along with little jaggery, mix this with cooked dal.
Add boiled Vegetables, tamarind juice & Salt to taste, Boil for 5 min after put half tsp of mustard & curry leaves seasoned and add to Sambar.
Now your sambar is Ready.
