Veg Pulao Recipe
VEG PULAV
Ingredients needed:
- Basmati rice-1kg
- Ghee -5 tsp
- Onion- 5
- Carrot
- Cauliflower
- Beans
- Tomato
- Potato
- Green peas
- Salt
- Coriander leaves
- Abhiruchi Veg Pulao Masala
- Green chilly
- Dry grapes & cashew nut.
Preparation method:
Take one bowl and add 5 tsp ghee along with chopped onions fry it until the color turns to golden brown.
Add 5-6 tsp Abhiruchi veg pulao masala ,chopped vegetables, 5 green chillies, mix it properly.
Now take cleaned basmati rice, add 2.5 ltr of water, 3 tsp salt & keep for boiling.
When the rice is completely boiled (should remove traces of water), add dry grapes & cashew nuts, mix well.
Then garnish it with coriander leaves and keep it out from flame..
Now Delicious veg pulao is ready to serve.
