Manipal: KSRTC Introduces Bus Service to Mantralayam

Manipal: 
Mantralaya, a pilgrimage center in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh, attracts a large number of devotees from the undivided DK district all through the year.

For the convenience of those visiting the place, the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has introduced a new daily two-way bus service between Manipal and Mantralaya.

The timings are as follows:

Vehicle class: 'Saarige'
Departure from Manipal at 5 pm everyday.
Route: Udupi, Kundapur, Siddapur, Shimoga, Chitradurga, Bellary
ETA in Mantralaya: 6-30 am next day.
Departure from Mantralaya at 2-30 pm, reaching Shimoga 12-30 midnight
ETA in Manipal: 5-15 am next day.

Fares from Manipal:

Shimoga: Rs 160
Sannagiri: Rs 198
Chitradurga: Rs 252
Bellary: Rs 378
Mantralaya: Rs 479
