Udupi: Corp Bank ATM Robbery Attempt Fails in Sastan

Udupi: An attempt to break open and steal cash from an Automated Teller Machine of the  Corporation bank had failed here on Monday December 9. 
The incident occurred at the ATM kiosk of Corporation Bank Pandeshwar Sastan Branch situated at NH 66, Near St Thomas Syrian Church.

This ATM had been set up just two month ago and did not have a security guard. The robbers damaged the glass door and other parts completely. However, they could not break the box containing cash. After failing to open it, they left. The robbery attempt came to light on Tuesday morning.
Senior Police officials, forensic examination team visited the place and investigation is on.
